Wow, what a great vindaloo ! Didn’t think something bought in a packet could ever be so amazing. Great balance, not salty, nice touch of sour and a bit of kick. Was hard work to stop eating it out of the pot as it was simmering. This + tin of tomatoes and whole lotta tofu = vego spice heaven !
