I love cooking with Zest recipe bases … I’m not that confident in the kitchen, but these guys make it so easy!

I used the yellow curry recipe base with 1kg green prawns. It was delicious! I also added red capsicum, fish sauce and lime juice for extra colour , texture and flavour. I describe this curry sauce as medium heat which was a hit with the whole family.
